✅ RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT

We ask all clients to treat our staff and other guests with courtesy and professionalism.

For safety and comfort, no extra guests or children are allowed during appointments.
➤ Children may not roam or disrupt service areas we kindly ask you to arrange child care in advance.

Recording or photographing staff is not permitted without permission.

Inappropriate language, gestures, or behavior will result in immediate dismissal and permanent banning.

🧼 CLEANLINESS & DRESS CODE

Please arrive clean, well groomed, and fresh.
➤ Strong odors (including body, smoke, or substances) may result in service refusal.

No sagging, housewear, or visibly unkempt attire.
➤ We promote a polished, upscale atmosphere and ask that your appearance aligns with that.

Arriving under the influence (including marijuana) is not permitted.

🕒 WALK-INS & APPOINTMENTS

Walk-ins must check in at the front desk before being seated.
➤ No check-in = no service.

Prepaid appointments take priority. Walk ins are welcome if time allows.

Please arrive on time.
➤ 10+ minutes late may result in a cancellation without refund.

Texting, calling, or DMing does NOT equal a confirmed appointment.
➤ You must book online or receive direct confirmation from the salon.

Final appointment cutoff is 6:30 PM.
➤ All services must end by 7:30 PM unless previously approved.

💅 PREP & SERVICE FEES

Please come with bare nails, clean hands, and no makeup (depending on service).

A $20 removal fee will apply if existing polish, gel, or acrylic needs to be taken off before your service begins.

💳 PAYMENTS, NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

Payment is due immediately after your service.

Leaving without payment is theft and will be handled legally.

No-show = forfeited payment.

➤ After two no-shows, future bookings will be blocked.

Walking out mid-service will result in permanent banning and legal follow-up.

Chargebacks will be disputed. Fraudulent claims may result in legal action.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.

🛠️ FIXES & FOLLOW-UP

We offer one complimentary fix within 48 hours of your service if needed.
➤ After that, a new service must be booked.

📸 PHOTO POLICY

We may take photos/videos of your nails or brows for social media purposes.
➤ Your face will never be posted without your consent.
